More Life Poetry has announced the resumption of its Poetry In Schools Initiative through a partnership with Butterstone International School.
The announcement was made by the Team Lead of the initiative, Ken-Adele Marvellous Oruchi, through his official Facebook page, where he reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to promoting literary development and creative expression among students.
According to Oruchi, the initiative aims to equip young learners with essential literary and communication skills through poetry-focused educational activities.
“We are glad to announce the resumption of the Poetry in Schools Initiative with our partnership with Butterstone Int’l School, Port Harcourt,” he stated.
He explained that the organisation strongly believes in the power of poetry and literature as tools for personal growth, creativity, and effective communication among young people.
Oruchi also appreciated the management of Butterstone International School for supporting the programme and partnering with the organisation to promote literary education.
The Poetry In Schools Initiative is focused on encouraging reading, creative writing, spoken word performance, and confidence-building among students through interactive poetry activities and learning sessions.
