Mr. Ugochukwu Onuoha, Founder and CEO of TalkExprex Media Limited, has extended warm congratulations to Kenechukwu Nnamani, founder of the ZSHIP mobile app, on his recent appointment as Managing Director of the Enugu State Investment Development Authority (ENSIDA).
In a heartfelt social media post, Mr. Onuoha recalled his first encounter with Nnamani in 2008, noting the passion and drive he displayed even as a young man. “Congratulations Kenechukwu Nnamani on your appointment as the new Managing Director of the Enugu States Investment Firm. I met this guy way back in 2008 and then I saw the urge in him to make exploits, and I was poised to even do more of what I was doing then because of the fire I saw in him as a fellow young man! Congratulations, Nwanne!” he wrote.
Kenechukwu Nnamani is the founder of ZSHIP, a fintech platform that provides a mobile app for global trade and secure transactions. The platform is designed for students, entrepreneurs, and business owners, and has plans to launch debit cards and POS services to make merchant payments easier and more efficient.
He has significant experience in international business development and has fostered partnerships across Asia, Europe, and Africa. Nnamani is also proficient in Chinese and Russian, a skill that enhances opportunities for foreign investment and collaboration.
His appointment as Managing Director of ENSIDA was made by Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah as part of a broader initiative to overhaul strategic government institutions and strengthen Enugu State’s investment climate. In this role, Nnamani is expected to attract foreign and domestic investment, promote private-sector-led growth, and build institutional capacity to position Enugu as a top destination for business and investment.
Nnamani’s career trajectory, from entrepreneurial ventures like ZSHIP to leading a key government investment agency, reflects his commitment to innovation, youth empowerment, and economic development.
